“The more passions and desires you have, the more paths you have to happiness!” – this is how my passion for cooking, for haute cuisine, for molecular cuisine can be described, all from the desire to reinterpret dishes, in a mix of traditional and international recipe with inflections of Italian, French and Asian cuisine.
The passion for cooking develops when you meet people who make this job seem the most beautiful, with good and bad, and I was lucky! I first stepped into a kitchen 15 years ago, but only when I met Chef Ioan Florescu with whom I had the honor of working for 5 years, did I learn what passion for cooking is. Subsequently, all I did was to develop what I learned, I learned to put soul into each preparation.
15 years of experience, a lot of work, a bronze medal at the IKA 2020 World Culinary Olympics together with the Romanian national team, a few medals at national competitions, but many other dreams to fulfill and steps to climb!

He will take care of everything in advance and you will receive all the products ready to cook. He will personally deliver them to you at My Little Heaven so you enjoy and relax while your in vacation.
All the products are prepared in a professional kitchen, all the safety rules and regulation will be strictely followed.
We know how important this procedure is and Daniel is more then ready as he is having the Food Safety Level 1 & 2, Health Safety Level 2, Food Allergens Diploma achieved in the UK.
Some of the ingredients are very rare and hard to find and order. Please book in advance and allow at least 5 days for any products in order to have them be prapared in time.

ANDREEA GAEA – FANTASIA’S CANDLE
Greetings to you all! My name is Andreea Gaia and I am a craftswoman. In the following lines, I would like to introduce to you my hand crafted artisan candles and their beneficial intentions. Now a short story about the role of these candles, the way they work and the materials I use. At the core of my project is this ability of manifestation by means of intention candles and therefore my desire is to share this with the people around me in order to offer them all that I myself have received from it. Intention candles open the path for inner healing and light through the magical energy they carry. Thus, this is a project of inner development and manifestation of intentions by sending positive desires into the universe and eliminating any encumbrance along the way. What can this project offer?
Guidance? Certainty? How can it be helpful?
As I mentioned earlier, this is a project that guides towards soul and healing and to this purpose I have used elements whose frequency draws the person to become aware of what he/she really wants and dreams of. This is achieved through the intention I charge the candles with, through the plants I bring into their composition, crystals and fumigation products, and of course, natural amulets already endowed with positive energy. Fantasia candles are instruments which open the door to connect with nature and they also have the ability to push away the negative energy. Colors have an extremely important role as well, each color having a specific frequency. That is why colors are always purposefully chosen according to the significance and role of that specific candle. Besides, fire represents nothing else than light and it has the capacity to very quickly manifest the intentions into reality. Fire is purifying, creator and when meridians are completely open, the manifestation works extremely fast.
Candles are made of soy wax, beeswax or paraffin wax on demand. They also have intense perfumes, crystals and dry flowers for decoration. Resins and scented natural non-toxic chopsticks are both eco-friendly and made with perfect skill and care. Candles have the following dimensions and quantities:
Yin – yang candle: weight 1 kg, diameter 13,5 cm, height 14 cm, burning time 220 hours
Half moon candle: weight 750 g, diameter 14 cm, height 14 cm, burning time 160 hours
Cylindrical candle: weight 460 g, diameter 7,5 cm, height 14 cm, burning time 67 hours.

The unique properties of cocoa beans perfect the aroma of Chardonnay grape wine in an innovative way, so that it remains clear, with the same look you know, but which will provoke you with the aroma of Belgian dark chocolate. It’s an art!
Chardonnay grapes are vinified, by the traditional technique, in a classic sparkling wine, of an exceptional quality. The vineyards have a soil with a sandy base and fine granules of clay. Our hills are 11 km from Perpignan.
HOUSE OF HAFNER – PREMIUM WINES
HAFNER Family Estate is located in the quaint-town of Mönchhof, Austria’s oldest wine growing community (since 1217). East of Lake Neusiedl in the sunny Burgenland.
The family owned Hafner winery was set up in the early 19th century.
With 300 sunny days per year the region was discovered to be perfect for winegrowing. Characterised by its unique “pannonian” lowlands and Europe’s largest step-lake (grassland lake), the area is famous for its microclimate and its incredible wines.
Our philosophy is “Tradition and innovation at the highest quality level”.
Since 1980, we also produce Kosher wines. The wine growing and the wine making process is supervised by the Rabbi A.Y. Schwartz from Vienna and is approved as Kosher.
All our vineyards are cultivated to the rules of “Bio-Austria” (Organically grown grapes), supervised by “Austria-Bio-Garantie”. This ensures the maintainance of the ground balance reserves and using the natural and positive insects in the soil. Since 2011 vintage, all our products are subject to these organic rules, vintages before that are produced under the sustainably “KIP-rules” (controlled & integrated viniculture).
